This command is used to release control of the
instrument when it is accessed by more than
one computer. To release control of the instru-
ment, {string} must be identifier used for the
“Acquire” command. Yes if release is successful.
No if instrument is being controlled with another
computer. Return {string} = identifier of the con-
trolling computer or AVAILABLE. See: Acquire?
