Save My Folder — Save the highlighted message to an Inside folder on your device or to
an Outside folder on a memory card. This lets you keep important messages and re-use
message box space for new messages.

Save Quick Text — Saves the message text as a Favorite/Quick Text entry.

Extract — Picture messages only — Saves pictures, sounds files, and video clips to the
Media Box.

•

Press the

key to return to the previous menu.

Sent Box/Outbox/Outgoing

Your device stores outgoing messages in the Sent box, but only if the messages were
successfully sent to their addressees. Messages that fail to be sent are saved in the Drafts
box.

In standby mode, press the Down navigation key (MESSAGE shortcut), then do one of

the following:

Press

(for

Text Messages) and

for Sent. The Sent screen appears in the display

listing sent Text messages.

•

Press

(for

Pic. Messages) and

for Outbox. The Outbox screen appears in the

display listing sent Picture messages.

Use the navigation keys to highlight a message, then do one of the following:

•

Press the

key to view the highlighted message, then proceed to Step 3.

•

Press the Menu (left) soft key (

). The following options appear in the display:

–

Forward — Send the highlighted message to another addressee.

–

Edit/Send — Send the highlighted message to another addressee.

–

Delete — Deletes the highlighted message from the Sent box/Outbox/Outgoing box.

–

Sort — Sort the messages in the Sent box/Outbox/Outgoing box by date and time
received, sender, priority, or message size.

–

Recipient — View the time and date the message was sent and the recipient number/
email address.

–

Save Message — Save the message text as a Favorite/Quick Text.

–

Delete All — Deletes all messages from the Sent box/Outbox/Outgoing box.

Use the navigation keys to highlight an option. Press the

key to perform the function for

the highlighted option.

Press the

key to return to the previous menu.

While viewing a selected message, do one of the following:

•

Press the Menu (left) soft key (

). The following options appear in the display:

Delete — Deletes the highlighted message from the Sent box/Outbox/Outgoing box.

Recipient — View the time and date the message was sent and the recipient number/
