Voice Memo
Erase One Voice Memo
1.
In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key (
), then press
(for PLAN),
(for Voice Memo), and
for Review Voice Memo. The MemoBox screen
appears in the display listing saved voice memos.
2.
Use the navigation keys to highlight the voice memo you wish to erase.
3.
Press the Menu (left) soft key (
). The following options appear in the display:
•
Play
•
Play All
•
Rename
•
Info
•
Delete
•
Delete All
4.
Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight Delete.
5.
Press the
key to delete the highlighted voice memo. “Deleted” pops-up in the
display.
Erase All Voice Memos at One Time
1.
In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key (
), then press
(for PLAN),
(for Voice Memo), and
for Review Voice Memo. The MemoBox screen
appears in the display listing saved voice memos.
2.
Press the Menu (left) soft key (
). The following options appear in the display:
•
Play
•
Play All
•
Rename
•
Info
•
Delete
•
Delete All
3.
Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight Delete All.
4.
Press the
key. “Delete All?” pops-up in the display, prompting you to confirm the
deletion.
5.
Use the Left and Right navigation keys to highlight one of the following options:
•
Yes — Deletes all of the voice memos.
•
No — Keeps all of the voice memos.
6.
Press the
key.
