Get Started with Contacts
Here is some basic information about contacts.
ⅷ You can create a Google contact, a phone contact,
or a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync contact.
ⅷ Contacts are stored locally to the phone’s memory.
ⅷ Contacts are sorted alphabetically by default.
ⅷ Google contacts sync with your existing Google
account, and you can import them to the phone after
when you set up your Google account on your
phone.
ⅷ Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync (also known as
Outlook) contacts are those contacts intended to
share with either an Exchange Server or from
Microsoft® Outlook®.
Important: You must synchronize your email accounts after
setup to verify that your Contacts display on the
device.
