Description

Field

The delivery status of an incident report (IR). Possible values are:
CREATED, DELIVERED, FAILED DELIVERY, and UNKNOWN. This
column indicates that a dial-out was generated by the Neoview platform,
but not necessarily that the dial-out was successfully received by HP
support.

IR_STATUS

The ANSI timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC) when the alarm
was created.

ALARM_CREATE_UTC_TS*

The ANSI timestamp when the alarm was closed, using the generated
timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC).

ALARM_CLOSED_UTC_TS*

The ANSI timestamp when the alarm was closed in local civil time (LCT).

ALARM_CLOSED_LCT_TS*

The EMS event number associated with the alarm.

ALARM_EVENT_NUMBER*

The subsystem ID for the event that generated the alarm.

ALARM_SSID*

An indication of whether or not an IR is expected to be created, with the
values Y (yes) or N (no).

ALARM_IR_CREATED*

The timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC) when the alert row
was last updated. An alarm can be updated because internal events are
generated for the alarm or because someone updated the notes or status
for the alert row in HPDM.

ALARM_LAST_UPDATE_UTC_TS*

The timestamp in local civil time (LCT) when the alert row was last
updated. An alarm can be updated because internal events are generated
for the alarm or because someone updated the notes or status for the alert
row in HPDM.

ALARM_LAST_UPDATE_LCT_TS*

The segment where the incident report was originated. This is the same
as the alarm segment.

IR_SEGMENT*

The timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC) when the
problem-management software detected the incident report.

IR_DETECTED_UTC_TS*

The timestamp in local civil time (LCT) when the problem-management
software detected the incident report.

IR_DETECTED_LCT_TS*

The timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC) when the incident
report was successfully dialed out.

NOTE:

This column indicates that a dial-out was generated by the

Neoview platform, but not necessarily that the dial-out was successfully
received by HP support.

IR_DELIVERED_UTC_TS*

The timestamp in local civil time (LCT) when the incident report was
successfully dialed out.

IR_DELIVERED_LCT_TS*

The timestamp in universal coordinated time (UTC) when the incident
report was last updated.

IR_LAST_UPDATE_UTC_TS*

The timestamp in local civil time (LCT) when the incident report was last
updated.

IR_LAST_UPDATE_LCT_TS*

Always blank (for future use).

IR_NOTES*
