Slightly lift up the rear door, and then, on the inside of the door, lift up on the middle portion of the
black assembly to release the clips. Let the rear door drop completely open.

Grasp both sides of the media, and slowly pull the media out of the device. (There might be loose
toner on the media. Be careful not to spill it on yourself or into the device.)
NOTE
If media is difficult to remove, try opening the top cover and removing the print
cartridge to release pressure on the media.
