is a file system error number associated with token ZSMF-TKN-INT16-LINK1.

is returned if a file system or shared services error occurs. See Conditional

Cause. An error occurred when opening and scanning the PENDOPS file to recover
an incomplete operation. Usually this event is associated with an internal resource
problem.
Effect. The recovery operation could not be performed.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.
