Disconnection mode
(Disconnection mode)
x
0 ... 3
{ 2 / S1 }
For devices with integrated soft start function, the switch-off mode is set here :
0 = Switch-off mode 1; after removal of the Enable, the phase control is continually
increased from 0 to 100% during the period which is determined by P103 /P4 (voltage
reduces). The brake is applied after the elapse of the time which is specified by P4.
1 = Switch-off mode 2; after removal of the Enable, the phase control is continually
increased from the starting value to 100% during the period which is determined by
P103 /P4 (voltage reduces). The brake is applied after the elapse of the time which is
specified by P4.
2 = Switch-off mode 3; after removal of the Enable, the motor switches off immediately and
the brake is applied immediately.
3 = Switch-off mode 4, after removal of the Enable the motor switches off immediately.
However, the brake is applied after a delay time, which is determined by P114/P4.
NOTE: As long as P130=0 is set, P108 is determined via the DIP switch S1. In this case the
parameter can only be read, but not changed. It corresponds to the value which is determined
by the DIP switch setting.
P114
Brake release time
(Brake release time)
x
0 ... 25.50s
{ 0.05 }
Electromagnetic brakes have a delayed reaction time during ventilation, which depends on
physical factors. This can lead to the motor starting while the brake is still applied, which will
cause the starter to switch off with an overcurrent report.
NOTE:
If the brake ventilation time is set to "0", then P107 is the brake ventilation and reaction time.

0 = Potentiometer/switch, the essential settings are determined by the potentiometers and
the DIP switches. All parameters which are marked "READ / FLASH" can only be read
but cannot be changed.
1 = Flash memory: the essential settings are determined by the setting values which are
saved in the flash memory Parameters with the property: "READ / FLASH" can be
changed. In order to permanently save parameters in the flash memory, a "flash copy
order" (P550) must be executed after the parameter changes have been made.

Phase control mode
(Phase control mode method)
x
0 ... 1
{ 0 }
0 = Current optimised, the phase control is optimises so that there is an even current
curve. This reduces the starting losses in the motor. However, with long ramps and an
idling motor, this can cause grater oscillations.
1 = Oscillation optimised, the phase control is performed so that in the case of an idling
motor and a long ramp time, there is as little oscillation as possible.
