5.19 Limit

Fct. 1.07 - 1.10 Status outputs A1, A2, D1 or D2
(Define operating mode of output terminals A1, see Section 5.18)

↑ key as often as required to set one of the status outputs to ”TRIP. POINT”

→ key to change to ”Characteristic” (flow direction).
Select:
• + DIR.
• – DIR.

↑ or ↓ keys
• 2 DIR.

↵ key to change to numerical setting, 1st number (cursor) flashes.
Change flashing number (cursor) with keys
↑ and ↓. Use → and ← keys to shift cursor

• Display: XXX – YYY
• Setting ranges: XXX value = 0 – 150% of Q

YYY value = 0 – 150% of Q

hysteresis
≥ 1% (= difference between XXX and YYY values)
• Switching behaviour (NO/NC contact) and hysteresis are adjustable.
NC contact XXX value > YYY value
NC contact XXX value < YYY value
Switch closes when flow exceeds XXX value
Switch opens when flow exceeds YYY value
Example: XXX = 55%
Example: XXX = 45%
YYY = 45%
YYY = 55%
hysteresis = 10%
hysteresis = 10%
Please note:
if two status outputs (e.g. D1 and D2) are activated
it is possible to have e.g. min. and max. values signalled.
