Mega-Cool 10'-120' Corner, Center-Mount In-Line Pump System
Center In-Line Pump Kit
(Complete Assembly)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble Mega-Cool systems following the
procedures in this manual.
2. At corner of building, connect systems together with 8"
PVC Tee and 1-1/2" PVC Tee as shown in diagram
above.
3. Assemble reservoir, In-Line Pump, and spray line
according to procedures in this manual and as shown
above.
4. Use In-Line Pump support brackets and wood platform
to support In-Line Pump and strainer basket as shown
on page 20.
5. Installation complete.
Center Pump System is two Mega-Cool Systems which
operate from a single water supply & pump located between
the two Mega-Cool systems as shown in diagram below.
NOTES:
1. One side of the system can be longer than the other side as long
as the distance from the pump does not exceed 80 feet AND the
total length does not exceed 120 feet.
2. If one of the systems are longer in length than the other, the pump
must be mounted so that the water flow is direct to the longer
system.
3. Pipe is in 10’ Length. If the cumulative distance of the systems
from the corner is greater than 10’, additional pipe may be
required.
4. Excessive turns/elbows in pipe will reduce water flow and stress
the pump.
