Mega-Cool 10'-80' Corner, End-Mount In-Line Pump System
End In-Line Pump Kits
(Complete Assembly)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble Mega-Cool Systems following the procedures in this
manual.
2. At the corner of the building, connect the two systems with 8" PVC
elbow section and 1-1/2" PVC elbow section as shown in diagram
above.
3. Locate reservoir and In-Line Pump at one end of Mega-Cool System
as shown in diagram above. Follow instructions on pages 20 & 21 to
install In-Line Pump & water supply. Use In-Line Pump support
brackets and wood platform to support In-Line Pump and strainer
basket.
4. Installation complete.
NOTES:
1. One side of the system can be longer than the other
side as long as the TOTAL system length does not
exceed 80 feet.
2. Pipe is in 10’ Length. If the cumulative distance of the
systems from the corner is greater than 10’, additional
pipe may be required.
3. Excessive turns/elbows in pipe will reduce water flow
and stress the pump.
