PSIZ (Check Position Data Size)
[Function]
Checks the maximum size of the position data that can be used.
[Example]
PSIZ 1
The maximum value of the position data goes into variable 1 (variable to be assigned) in
operand 1.
[Function]
Stores the axis pattern of the position in operand 2 into the variable in operand 1.
[Example 1] PAXS

Store the axis pattern of position 200 into variable 100. When the points are set
as in the position table below, 2 (10 in binary notation) is stored in variable 100.
[Example 2] When the points are set as below, 2 (10 in binary notation) is stored in variable 100.
