Erase selected flash sector

0–15 = 1M bytes flash
0–31 = 2M bytes flash
Erases the previously selected sector. The printer transmits
ACK when the sector has been erased. If the previous
sector is not successfully erased, or if no sector was
selected, the printer transmits NAK.
