6. Press the “Mask Setting” option button to enter the first page of
“Mask menu”.
7. Press the “X Mask” button; turn the “Universal” knob to adjust the
horizontal clearance.
8. Press the “Y Mask” button; turn the “Universal” knob to adjust the
vertical clearance.
9. Press the “Create Mask” button to create mask and you also can
enter the next page of “Mask menu” to recall the stored mask.
10. Enter the second page of “Pass/Fail function menu”, press the
“Output” option button to set the output option.
11. Enter the first page of “Pass/Fail function menu”, press the
“Operate” option button to select “ ”to run the pass/fail test.
