Merged scene Commands (51-56)
Merged scene commands provide independent control of
areas on a display wall that is driven from a single
Quantum processor. This is useful for installations where
more than 1 operator needs access to the display wall.
A merged scene allows sources on different areas of the
display wall to be ‘merged’ into the overall scene.
To create a merged scene called ‘Merge Scene’ use the
following command
^AR Merge Scene,,,1^B51^W^C
To add a scene called ‘Op 1 scene 1’ in the merged scene
called ‘Merge Scene’ .
^AR Merge Scene,,Op1 scene 1,1^B51^W^C
Note that the ‘Op1 scene 1’ must already be created in
Commander.
The following command removes the scene ‘Op1 scene 1’
and adds the scene ‘Op1 scene 2’ to the merged scene.
^AR Merge Scene,Op1 scene 1,Op1 scene 2,1^B51^W^C
To change a the source that is applied to a certain window
in a scene, two commands are sent
^AR Op1 scene 2,0, New Source 1^B52^W^C
This command applies the source ‘New Source 1’ to
window ‘0’ in the scene ‘Op1 scene 2’.
The next command is sent to refresh the merge scene.
