8.12. Analog and Digital Test Bus

A differential analog test bus (ATB) is integrated into the RF22 to provide access to internal analog signals for
debugging and test purposes. The available signals are shown in Table 25 and are controlled by the atb[4:0] field in
"Register 50h. Analog Test Bus Select". The ATB signals are available on GPIO pins.
