On-Air Display
This functionality is used to show that the player channel is on air and to inform
other users that they should not perform any action on the on-air channel.
To activate the on-air status, right-click the Channel Name field and select On Air
from the menu. The field background will then flash alternately red.
To deactivate the on-air function, right-click the Channel Name field and uncheck
On Air from the menu. This only provides a visual warning that the current playlist
is On Air.
This can be selected manually on the Playlist Panel or can be set using a GPI. For
more information on setting this parameter using a GPI, see the section ‘Settings
– Input GPIs’ in part 1 of the user manual.
