Display Gang Mode of the Channel
When the channel associated to the Playlist Panel is, in one way or another, part
of a group of channels, information on the channel association type is displayed in
the center of the window title bar.

Ganged Number icon indicating the position of the channel in the
group.
This is valid for up to 16 ganged channels. With more than
16 ganged channels, no icon is displayed.
