IDE Secondary Slave
IDE device configurations are changed or set in the IDE Configuration menu. If an IDE device is detected,
and one of the above listed two BIOS configuration options is selected, the IDE configuration options
shown in Section 5.2.1 appear.
Drive A [None]
Use the Drive A/B configuration to specify the floppy drive type installed in the system. The floppy drive
configuration options are:
None
360K, 5.25 in.
1.2M, 5.25 in.
720K, 3.5 in.
1.44M, 3.5in (Default)
2.88M, 3.5 in.
Halt On [All, But Keyboard]
Use the Halt On option to specify what errors detected during the power up process stop the system.
All Errors
Whenever BIOS detects a non-fatal error the
system is stopped and the user prompted.
No Errors
The system boot is not stopped for any errors
that may be detected.
All, But Keyboard
(Default)
The system boot does not stop for a keyboard
error; it stops for all other errors.
All, But Diskette
The system boot does not stop for a disk
error; it stops for all other errors.
All, But Disk/Key
The system boot does not stop for a keyboard
or a disk error; it stops for all other errors.
