Problems Connecting to the Data Center via the PC
You can access www.pb.com using Internet Explorer but you
are having problems downloading files to your meter .
Internet Settings Screen in PC Meter Connect™
Use "Passive"
for FTP Mode
2. At the Internet Settings configuration screen, choose "Passive"
for FTP Mode (see screen below) and click OK.
