Description:
To set 802.1p qos weighting for 4 queues.
Argument: : queue level, q0: queue 0; q1: queue 1; q2: queue 2; q3: queue 3.
You don't need to use all of queues, but must assign queues in order.
Syntax: 1,2 or 2,5-7, available from 0 to 7.
