How to input a numeric value (Numeric Value Input Screen)

0-9, Decimal
point, Sign
(+/-)
Inputs a numeric value. When a key is touched, the input value is
displayed at the top of the screen.
2 DEL Deletes the input value.

OK Confirms the input value, and returns to the previous screen.
4 Cancel Cancels the input value, and returns to the previous screen.
