Programming Service
Within this section you will program the Service Timer. Also, if required, uploading /
downloading data to the control panel via the PTM (Program Transfer Module). The
Service Timer has the ability to Lock a user out of the system when the Service Time
expires. Trading Standards may take action if a Lockout occurs and no Service
Contract exists. Please use with care.
1) Enter into Engineer Mode
To do this follow Steps 1 to 4 on page 18

Note: To transfer data to and from the PTM, a cable (part number 04-091) will be
required. Cut off the BLUE plug at one end and wire to the RS485 terminal block on
the GT490X control panel PCB following the colour code. Connect the other end to the
PTM.

When data transfer is in progress, the LED on the PTM will flash rapidly.
