Testing the Battery Charge Voltage
IMPORTANT
To test the Battery Charge Voltage the battery must be connected to the battery leads
first. (See figure 1).
Only if the battery is connected, and the battery terminal voltage is greater than 8.5V,
will the charge circuit be switched on.
