Sauberkeit überprüfen und gegeben-
enfalls den Kontaktbereich reinigen.

Konfektionierter Stecker RobiFix-B-35-
FZEE bis zum Anschlag auf den
Transformator stecken und Schrauben
mit Drehmomentschlüssel 3Nm
anziehen.

formators mit Gabelschlüssel SW13
aufschrauben (4 Nm).
Danach RobiFix-TAE1 über die Stiftkon-
takte in die ausgefräste Vergussmasse
setzen. Transformatorplatte anziehen und
Kontrollmasse überprüfen. (ill.63)

Then place RobiFix TAE1 over the pin
contacts in the milled-out casting
compound. Screw up transformer plate
and check control dimensions.

Poser ensuite RobiFix-TAE1 par-dessus
les broches de contact dans le matériau
de surmoulage fraisé. Serrer la plaque de
transformateur et vérifier les cotes de
contrôle.

transformer connecting contacts for
cleanness and clean the contact area if
necessary.
Note:
Plug assembled plug RobiFix-B-35-FZEE
on the transformer until it is fully mated
and tighten screws with torque wrench
to 3Nm.

of mounting on transformer.
Caution:
Do not connect or disconnect under load.

Connecter le connecteur RobiFix-B-35-
FZEE confectionné jusqu’en butée sur le
transformateur et serrer les vis à 3 Nm
avec une clé dynamométrique.
