3. Open the view that you want to past the row into.
4. Highlight the row that you want to paste the information into.
5. Click the Paste button ( Figure 92 ).

6. The rows that you copied and pasted will then be in the view.
Rows can also be cut from a custom view and pasted into another view
using the above described steps.
Deleting a Row
You can delete rows from an existing view.
Follow these steps to delete a row:
1. Highlight the rows that you want to delete.
2. Click the Delete button ( Figure 93 on page 85 ).
