Follow these steps to clear a Tie line:
1. Select the Tie line that you want to clear, on the Tie Line view
(

2. Select the Tie Line Clearing Editor option under the Tools menu (Tools>
Tie Line Clearing Editor). The Tie Line Clearing Editor will then open.
