Three buttons can now be seen. These buttons are, Hide Mode , Unhide Cols ,
and Hide Cols . These buttons add to the ability to customize a view by
hiding selected columns. Only columns can be hidden. For more infor-
mation see the Using the Hide Mode
on page 85 section
Closing a View
You can close a custom view by clicking the Close View button or selecting
the Close Custom View option from the View menu (View> Close Current
View).
Opening a View
You can open a custom view if it has been closed.
Follow these steps to open a view:
1. Click the Open View button or select the Open Custom View. . . option from
the View menu (View> Open Custom View. . .). The Open Custom View
window will then appear.
