Upgrading the Applications Through FTP at the CLI
When the application file is large, you can also upgrade it using FTP to save upgrade and maintenance
time.
As an application layer protocol in the TCP/IP suite, the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is mainly used for
file transfer between remote hosts. FTP provides reliable, connection-oriented data transfer service
over TCP. Compared with TFTP, the FTP software is much bigger.
The AP can only serve as the FTP client, rather the FTP server to provide FTP services.
