Troubleshooting and customer service
General troubleshooting information
If the system does not operate cor-
rectly, first check the cabling in the
controller and controller components.
Sensor test - probe
At the level "General/ Service/
Sensor test", all sensors can be
checked. All of the connected
sensors have to appear here with
plausible measured values.
Relay test all outputs (mixers,
pumps, etc. only after the input
switched to the 4-digit code
number)
At the level "General/ Service/
Sensor test", all actuators can
be checked. All relays can be
switched individually at this level.
This enables the correct connec-
tion of these components (e.g.
direction of rotation of the mixers)
to be easily checked.

Malfunctions
The equipment and components are manufactured using state-of-the-art production methods and tested several
times to verify their correct function. If malfunctions should occur, please check the functions as detailed in the
list below. Please inform your dealer if the unit is still not working correctly after all the functional checks have
been performed!
