Solar/MF - M 4 function - continued
Level 4 - SPECIALIST - Description of parameters and settings - continued
The programming or control for the multi-function outputs must be carried out in accordance with the
parameters for the selected system!
(Basis programming beginning on page 46)
!
CAUTION
• 12 = Remote controlled output heating circuit 1.
The relay can be switched via the BUS from the heating
circuit's control unit (function see instructions for the re-
mote control).
• 13 = Remote controlled output heating circuit 2.
The relay can be switched via the BUS from the heating
circuit's control unit (function see instructions for the re-
mote control).
• 14 = pump heat generator 1 (heat pump).
The relay can be used to control the charge pump for
heating appliance 1 (relay switches to lag = 5 min.).
with buffer in the system (buffer > 00 and sensor PU top
[sensor 03]):
The pump switches on if the temperature of the heating
appliance T-WE1 exceeds the temperature of the buffer
top [sensor 03] by 5K.
The pump switches off if T-WE1 < T-buffer O.
• 18 = charge pump indoor unit.
In response to a demand from a heat generator WE 1 to
WE 4 (that is a heat pump and any 2nd heating appli-
ance), the charge pump indoor unit switches on (parallel
mode with 5 min lag). This setting is important in the
bivalent-alternative mode if the boiler does not have its
own circulation pump.
• 20 = temperature controlled circulation pump.
T-circ = return temperature in the circulation line.
The circulation pump switches on if the return tempera-
ture falls below the set limit temperature T-MF 1 target
(T-circ < T-MF 1 target).
The circulation pump switches off again if the return
temperature rises above the set limit temperature by the
amount of the hysteresis (T-circ > [T-MF 1 target + MF 1
hyst]).
The set circulation programme (see time programme) and
the setting circ with WW prog
(see user
hot water) has priority
(switching on takes place only in the enable period).
• 21 = circulation pump over impulse.
ON: In the event of a short circuit at the assigned sensor
input.
OFF: After 5 minutes.
The circulation pump switches on for 5 min. in the event
of a short circuit at the sensor input MF. Activation takes
place once on the side.
The set circulation programme (see time programme) and
the setting circ with WW prog
(see user
hot water) has priority
(switching on takes place only in the enable period).
Description
Description
• 22 = solid fuel boiler integration (e.g. in connection with
a 2-step heat generator).
T-MF 1-4 = temperature in the solid fuel boiler.
T-Puffer U = temperature in the storage tank in the area
around the infeed [sensor 01].
Start-up relief:
The circulation pump switches on if the temperature in
the solid fuel boiler rises above the temperature in the
storage tank in the area around the infeed T-buffer U by
the amount of the hysteresis MF 1 hyst + 5K (T-MF 1 >
[T-buffer U + MF 1 hyst + 5K]).
It shuts off if the temperature falls below the activation
temperature by 5K
(T-MF1 < [T-buffer U + MF 1 hyst]).
It also shuts off if the temperature in the sold fuel boiler
falls below the set limit temperature T-MF 1 target by 5K
(T-MF 1 < [T-MF 1 target-5K]).
The pump is enabled again if the temperature in the solid fuel
boiler rises above T - MF1 target (T-MF1 > T-MF1 target).
Locking heat generator 1:
ON: T-MF 1 > T-WE target + 5K
and solid fuel boiler pump = ON.
OFF: T-MF 1 <= T-WE target
and solid fuel boiler pump = OFF.
• 23 = solar pump (pump operates if the collector can feed
into one of the solar storage tanks).
Collector 1 pump only to MF4.
Collector 2 pump only to MF3.
This can be used for MF1 and MF2 to charge the tank in
a heat exchanger.
T-solar = temperature of the solar collector.
T-U = temperature of the active tank in the area around
the infeed.
The circulation pump switches on if the temperature of the
solar collector rises above the temperature of the active
tank in the area around the infeed (see switch valve) by
the amount of the activation hysteresis MF hyst (T-solar >
[T-U + MF hyst]).
It shuts off if the temperature of the solar collector falls
below the temperature [T-U + MF hyst Off] (T-solar <
[T-U + MF hyst Off]).
Before shutting off, it is checked whether the secondary
tank (see switch valve) can be charged.
