Character 'n': Common equipment fault status

Bit 6 = 1 always.
Bit 5 = Monitor & Control Module.
Bit 4 = Interface Module.
Bit 3 through Bit 0 = Binary representation (0 to 10) of
the number of common equipment stored faults.

Character 'o': Common equipment fault status

Bit 6 = 1 always.
Bit 5 = Battery/Clock.
Bit 4 = +5V power supply.
Bit 3 = reserved.
Bit 2 = +12V power supply.
Bit 1 = -12V power supply.
