2AP Suntracker Operational Parameters.
Serial Number
- The serial number of the 2AP
Com Port
- Identifies the communication port that the 2AP is connected to
Baud Rate
- Identifies the current communication data rate
Accessory
- Identifies if the optional Sun Sensor is installed
2AP mode
- Indicates the current mode of the instrument (one of the following:
"function1", "sun tracking", "active tracking" or "correcting time").
2AP Status
- Indicates the current status of the instrument (one of the following:
"establishing position", "finding sun", "following sun", "improper
configuration" or "not functioning").
Instrument Temperature
- Temperature inside the instrument in degrees Celsius. If the internal
temperature is below -10°C the 2AP will not operate.
Latitude
- Latitude of the 2AP site. North is a positive value, South is a negative
value
Longitude
- Longitude of the 2AP site. East is a positive value, West is a negative
value
Atmospheric pressure
- Mean atmospheric pressure at the 2AP site. Ensure that the value is
NOT corrected to sea level
Azimuth
- Lists the current position for the azimuth axis in angular degrees relative
to the origin
Zenith
- Lists the current position for the zenith axis in angular degrees relative to
the origin
GMT
- Greenwich Mean Time, required by the suntracking algorithm
Downloading 2AP log
- Indicates when a 2AP log is being downloaded

- View the downloaded 2AP event log.
File | View Event Log
- View the Win2AP software event log.
File | Main Menu
- Opens Win2AP Main Menu
File | Quit
- Closes
Win2AP
2AP | Start Suntracking
- This item is used to resume Suntracking after the 2AP has been used as
Positioner.
2AP | Tilt Correction
- Opens the Tilt Correction page.
2AP | Set Time
- Opens the Set Time page
