Advanced Prefs
To store where WinJournal stores its data
files, read below.
Note: By default WinJournal’s files are
stored in
C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My
WinJournals/
Miscellaneous:
Require valid targets for Wiki links
Minimize WinJournal to System Tray -
Minimize WinJournal to the System Tray
instead of the Task Bar.
Date Formatting (for display in the Panes):
Include day of week
Include AM/PM
Include Seconds
Note: Changes in Date Formatting require
a restart of WinJournal to take effect.
Email Setup:
SMTP Server: - enter the address of your
SMTP server here. If you’re not sure please
contact your ISP (Internet Service
Provider) for more info.
Email from address: Enter your email
address here. When you email journals or
entries from WinJournal, recipients of
those emails will see this address in the
"From" field of the email message.
