Spell Checking
1 To check Spelling, click the Check
spelling button in the
toolbar or select Tools>Check
Spelling... from the menus.
The Spell Checker window appears.
2 On finding a Misspelling:
Ignore - Skip only this word instance
Ignore All - Skip all instances of the
selected word
Add - Add the selected word to the
user dictionary
Change - Use the text in the Change
To: field
Change All - Replace all instances of
a word with the Change
To: field contents.
Configure - Open the Spellcheck
Options dialog
User dictionary - Select the active
user dictionary
3 Spellcheck Options dialog.
Hint: To automatically check spelling
as you type and automatically correct
simple spelling mistakes, set these
options in the Spellcheck options and
the Editing tab of Preferences .
