Creating a Journal
To create a new Journal:
1 From the Journal menu, select New
Journal or click the New Journal
button in the toolbar.
A dialog appears.
2 Type a name for the new journal
and then click OK or press Enter.
3 The new journal appears in the list
within the journal pane.
Note: A new entry is already created
for you.
A dialog appears.
4 Type a name for the new entry.
