Periodical checking
items
Check the T3 based on the following points every six months.
Also perform checks when the operating environment is changed.

status display.
The LED must light normally.

Check tiiat the I/O teminal block
is installed securely.

Check that the terminal screw is
not loose and the terminal has a
sufficient distance to the next
terminal.

Environment
Check that the temperature,
humidity, vibration, dust, etc. are
within the specified range.
Must be within the general
specification range.
Program
Check that the content of the
PLC program and the master
program (e.g., saved on a floppy
disk) are the same.
Check that these programs are
identical by comparison.
Battery
Check whether the battery must
be replaced. (The installed date
is written on the rear of the CPU
battery cover.)
Replace the current bettery if
more than two years has elapsed.
Check that the connector of the
battery is inserted firmly.
