Make sure that Crab (x4) mode is selected.

Make sure that Auto mode is selected.

Make sure that the parking brake is OFF.
On the West side of the pedestal column:

Make sure that the column is in Auto mode.

Make sure that the robotic height cable is hooked to the moving column.
