Connect the clevis to the steering arm and secure it
with the silicone keeper.

#2 x 3/8-inch wood screws (8)
Aileron servo hatches (2)
Servo mounting blocks (4)
9-inch servo extension leads (2)
Tools Required
Pin vise 1/16-inch drill bit
5/64-inch drill bit #1 Phillips screwdriver
Dental floss Low-tack tape
Pencil Ruler
Hobby knife Thin CA
12-minute epoxy Mixing sticks
Mixing cups Felt-tipped pen
Sidecutters Pliers

Step 1
Prepare the aileron servos by installing the
grommets and bushings. Note that the bushings are
installed from the bottom of the servo.

Step 2
Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver to remove the small
servo arm and install a standard 4-way arm on each
servo.

Step 3
Use sidecutters to remove three of the servo arms,
leaving one long arm. Note that this servo arm
orientation is for the right-hand wing panel, reverse
the arm when performing this step for the left wing.
