Enhanced Decoder Application
This appendix describes how to configure and operate the scanner when
connected to an Allen-Bradley Enhanced Decoder (Catalog No.
2755-DD/DS).

using the RS-232 port for output
•
using the AUX port for Pass-Through
This section also provides configuration information for an Auxiliary
Port Pass Through application for the enhanced decoder.

ATTENTION: Do not install the scanner emulation
Synapse cable with power applied to either the Synapse
cable or enhanced decoder. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to the scanner, Synapse cable, or
enhanced decoder.
