Check Std Auto Cal Library . . . . . . For use with the Check Standard Method
only. When selected, the Check Standard
Method can be overwritten to create a new
check standard auto calibration.
# . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The assigned analyte number in the library.
Data Ref . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Displays the data file reference number.
Compound . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Displays the compound name that is
assigned by the user for the analyte.
CAS #. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Chemical Abstracts Service number. This is
a unique number assigned to each chemical
that is accepted worldwide.
Ret. Time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The retention time for the analyte.
Area . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Displays the integrated analyte area.
Standard . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Designates the compound as an analyte or
an internal standard. Analyte is more
frequently selected, as most CMS5000
methods do not use internal standards.
Conc . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Displays the concentration of the analyte in
the displayed file.
Water Beta. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Numerical value that corrects for the
changes in physical properties of analytes
due to fluctuations in water temperature.
Refer to published reference material to
obtain these values.
Water Temp . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The temperature of the water being analyzed
by the CMS5000.
