CMS5000 Operating Manual
Manage Files opens the Manage Files function. It performs the same function as
the Manage Files icon. See
section 11.4 on page 11-26 .
Generate Trend Report allows the user to analyze data collected over a specified
period of time. See
Generate Trend Report, section 11.2.2.1 , below.
Print will print files and is active on the Data Review Screen.
Print Preview will display an example of the final printing layout and is active on
the Data Review Screen.
Print Setup accesses the printer setup options.
Recently Accessed Files are displayed below Print Setup. Double-click on a file
name to open it in the Data Review Screen.
Exit closes CMS IQ.
11.2.2.1 Generate Trend Report
To generate a trend report:
1 Determine the date and time of the first data file to be used in the trend report.
NOTE: The date and time can be found on the data file in the dialog box (see
Figure 11-5 ).
