2. Adjust the filter definitions as follows:
The Overview tab and four tabs for the filter definition are shown in the Filter definitions dialog window.
Overview: The definition of the current filter slide is displayed for the user in the overview.
Description of the filter slide: Enter the description of the filter slide or the description will be
automatically generated.
Position 1 - 4: Editor for the filter definition of filter pairs on positions 1, 2, 3, 4.
• Select the corresponding filter position and enter the new wavelength, bandwidth and the new
measuring mode for every new filter.
Measuring mode: In the drop-down list, select "FI" for fluorescence intensity, "ABS" for absorbance
and "Empty" for positions without filters.
Special characters (spaces, ?, $, %, ., / etc.) are not allowed in the filter slide description
(exception: '_').
The filter slide description is part of the filter slide code. Each filter slide must, therefore,
receive a unique name.
