Capturing Single Video Frames as Still Images
You can capture one frame from a video as a still image.
1. Select playback mode.
2. Use the jog dial to select the video you want to play.
3. Move the OK button to .
4. In the scene containing the image you want to capture, move the OK
button to to pause the video.
5. Press the REC button down fully.
The selected scene is captured as a still image.
Video playback begins.
Using the jog dial, you can use
single-frame feed (or rewind) to
precisely locate the scene you want to
capture as a still image.
