6.2 Selecting and connecting a printer 6
The detected printer appears in the Printer Browser.

Select [KONICA MINOLTA bizhub 42] or [KONICA MINOLTA bizhub 36] in the [Printer Name] list.
% If the printer name does not appear, check that the printer is turned on and the USB cable is con-
nected, and then restart the computer.

Check that [KONICA MINOLTA bizhub 42 PPD] or [KONICA MINOLTA bizhub 36 PPD] is selected in the
[Print Using] list.
% Check that the PPD having the name same as the one of the desired model is selected.

Click [Add].
When the selected printer is registered in the [Print & Fax] or the [Print & Scan], the setting procedure
is completed.
% If the [Installable Options] window appears, proceed to change the option settings as necessary.
