Close the right-side doors.
Attention
If the lower feeder unit is installed, the right-side door of the printer
opens at the same time that the right door of the lower feeder unit is
opened. Be sure to close the right door of the lower feeder unit when
closing the right-side door of the printer.

Slide the tray back into the printer.

Reattach the media support.

Reconnect interface cable.

Reconnect the power cord, and turn
on the printer.

Check the configuration page from
the control panel (Special Pages/
Print Config Page menu) to verify the lower feeder unit installation.

Configure your driver for the new lower feeder unit (see Chapter 4).
