mdimode
This parameter sets the wiring configuration of the
port. Possible values are:
mdi
Sets the port’s configuration to MDI.
mdix
Sets the port’s configuration to MDI-X.
auto
Sets the port’s wiring configuration to
either MDI or MDI-X, depending on the
end node connected to the port. This is
the default setting.
mirror
Adds or removes the port as a source port from an
existing port mirror. Options are:
yes or all
Adds the port as a source port to a
port mirror.
no or none
Removes the port as a source port
from a port mirror.
renogotiation
Prompts the port to renegotiate speed and duplex
mode with the end node. This parameter is effective
only when the port is configured for Auto-
Negotiation and is useful if you believe the port
needs to renegotiate speed and duplex mode with
the end node
softreset
Resets the port.
speed
Sets the speed and duplex mode of the port. Setting
for this parameter are:
autonegotiate The port Auto-Negotiates both
speed and duplex mode.This is the
default setting.
10mhalf
10 Mbps and half-duplex mode.
10mfull
10 Mbps and full-duplex mode.
10mhauto
10 Mbps and half-duplex mode with
autonegotiation.
10mfauto
10 Mbps and full-duplex mode with
autonegotiation.
100mhalf
100 Mbps and half-duplex mode.
100mfull
100 Mbps and full-duplex mode.
100mhauto
100 Mbps and half-duplex mode
with autonegotiation.
