Syntax 1: Downloading Files to the File System
load method=tftp destfile=[cflash:] filename
server= ipaddress srcfile|file= filename
Syntax 2: Downloading New AT-S63 Management Software to a
Stand-alone Switch
load method=tftp destfile=appblock server= ipaddress
srcfile|file= filename
Syntax 3: Downloading New AT-S63 Management Software to an
AT-9400 Stack
load method=tftp destfile=appblock server= ipaddress

Parameters
method Specifies a TFTP download.
destfile Specifies the destination filename for the file. If you are
downloading a configuration file or a SSL public key
certificate, this is the name given to the file when it is
stored in the switch’s file system. The name can be from
1 to 15 alphanumeric characters, not including the three-
letter extension. If the name includes spaces, enclose it in
double quotes. The name must be unique from the files
already stored in the file system. The command will not
overwrite a preexisting file.
To download a file onto a flash memory card in the switch
rather than the file system, precede the name with
“cflash:”.
If you are downloading new AT-S63 Management
Software, specify APPBLOCK as the destination. This
specifies the application block, which is an area of the
switch’s flash memory reserved for the active AT-S63
image file.
server Specifies the IP address of the TFTP server on the
network.
srcfile or file Specifies the filename of the file on the TFTP server to
download onto the switch. If the filename contains a
space, enclose the name in double quotes. These
parameters are equivalent.
