Power Saving Mode
Use Power saving mode to manage your phone to
conserve power.
1. From the Settings screen, touch My device ➔
Power saving mode.
The Power saving mode screen displays.
2. Touch the OFF/ON button at the top of the screen to turn
Power saving mode ON .
3. Touch Select when turned on to set Always or Auto
enable, which automatically turns on Power saving
mode when the battery falls below 20%.
4. Touch the following options to create a check mark and
conserve power:
• CPU power saving: Limit the maximum performance of
the CPU.
• Screen power saving: Lower the screen power level.
• Turn off haptic feedback: Turn off vibration when you touch
the screen to extend battery life.
5. Touch Learn about power saving to learn about various
ways to conserve battery power.
Accessories
To select the Audio output mode when using a car or desk
dock:
Ⅲ From the Settings screen, touch My device ➔
Accessories.
The following options display:
Dock
• Dock sound: Play sounds when inserting or removing the
phone from the dock.
• Audio output mode: Use the external dock speakers when
the phone is docked.
• Desk home screen display: Display the desk home screen
whenever the phone is docked.
S View Cover
• Automatic unlock: Set this option If you are using a phone
cover and you want your phone to unlock when you open the
cover.
HDMI
• Audio output: Set your Audio output to Stereo or Surround.
