Samsung keyboard
Set the keyboard sounds. Touch either of the following
options to create a check mark and activate the feature:
• Sound when tapped: Enables auditory feedback when you
touch an onscreen key.
• Vibrate when tapped: Enables the device to vibrate when you
touch an onscreen key.
HDMI
To set the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface)
audio setting:
• Audio output: Touch Stereo or Surround to set the audio
output setting.
More settings
• Adapt Sound: The Adapt sound feature allows you to
customize your call sounds. Read the instructions and touch
Start. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your personal
call sound.
Home Screen Mode
Home screen mode is used to set your display to the
conventional layout of Standard mode or provide an easier
user experience for the first-time smartphone users using
Easy mode.
1. From the Settings screen, touch My device ➔
Home screen mode.
2. Touch the radio button to select one of these options:
• Standard mode: Use a conventional layout for the apps and
widgets on your home screens.
• Easy mode: Use an easier user experience for first-time
smartphone users on the home screens.
3. Touch Apply.
